Mission Statement

The City of Pompano
Beach General Employees’ Retirement System was created by an
Ordinance of the City Commission to provide retirement
benefits to eligible General Employees of the City of Pompano
Beach. Our mission is to ensure the proper management and
investment of the Retirement System assets in order to protect
the benefits of the members and beneficiaries of the
Retirement System, and to provide them with the highest level
of administrative services.
