SUBJECT: Results of Election – Board of Trustees

An election was held on December 1, 2011 to elect one (1) member of the Retirement System, either active or retired, to serve on the Board of Trustees to fill the term which expires on December 12, 2011.

A total of 152 votes were cast. The election results are as follows:

Mark Eddington -- 137
Walter Head -- 15

As a result of this election, Mark Eddington is hereby certified as being re-elected to the Board of Trustees for the term expiring December 12, 2014.
